Brek Manufacturing Company, a California corporation, completed a stock sale transaction on January 4, 2008 whereby 100%
of its capital stock was purchased by Taurus Aerospace Group, LLC, a Delaware corporation. Taurus Aerospace Group, LLC,
has principal offices located at 125 W. 55th St., New York, NY 10019.

Plant 4 Opens the Doors
Plant 4, our 44,482²Ft facility becomes operational and is home to a 2 Spindle MAG HyperMach Vertical Machining Center and MAG H4000 Horizontal Machining Center, the first of six machines.
